The Indiana, Knox County, Palamyra Township, 1860 Census lists William Taylor Head of household age 30, Margaret age 27, Dorcus 5 and William 8 months. This was received from G. Anderson. He was a blacksmith in Indiana and gristmill worker/owner in Arkansas (From Great Aunt Dove Alice Davidson)

Fanny Taylor

Born IN 1867 sister of William Robinson Taylor.Fannie Taylor, the daughter of William and Margaret Jane Robinson Charlton Taylor of Knox County, IN, who moved to Arkansas sometime after the 1880 Census. Fannie Taylor Rooksberry's sister was my great-grandmother. Her sister and my great-grandmother was Dorcas Taylor Davidson, the wife of David Alexander Davidson of Knox County, IN, who also moved to Arkansas settling in Independence County around 1880-1881.
